References to “we”, “us”, “our” and “Rexing” in these Terms are references to the Company.
Access to and use of this Website and the products and services available through this Website (collectively, the “Products”) are subject to the following terms, conditions and notices (the “Terms and Conditions”).
By using this website, you are agreeing to all of the Terms and Conditoins, as may be updated by us from time to time. Rexing reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. For this reason, you should check this page regularly to take notice of any changes we may have made to the Terms and Conditions.
We will not be liable if for any reason this Website is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts or all of this Website.
Your use of the Rexing website (rexing.eu) constitutes your agreement to follow these rules and to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any of these terms and conditions, please refrain from the use of Rexing website.

By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product and you are subject to the following terms and conditions. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and can be subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.
In order to contract with Rexing you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us.
Rexing retains the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted we will inform you by email and we will confirm the identity of the party which you have contracted with. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. The cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. Any typographical, clerical or other error or omission in any sales literature, quotation, acceptance of offer, invoice or other document issued by us will be subjected to correction without any liability on our part.

Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund, all within 14 days of payment.
For EU countries the price on the website includes Croatian VAT (25%). For non-EU countries, VAT and custom charges will be paid to your customs office during the delivery process, depending on your country’s laws and regulations. EU based businesses may contact us via email for orders excluding VAT.
Delivery costs are clearly displayed upon checkout and included in the Total Cost.

Rexing steering wheels are hand made. This may sometimes result in minor visual imperfections in material finish. This is considered to be normal in hand made products. These include, but are not limited to, minor dry spots or bubbles on carbon fiber surface or on polyurethane rubber. Rexing team are working hard to provide the best possible finish and to have zero or minimal imperfections.

We require payment in full before production of the products. Your estimated delivery date is typically 3-4 weeks from the date your payment has been received.
It is possible to pay via bank transfer, directly by card or in cryptocurrencies (please note that refunds are not possible if paying in cryptocurrencies). If you choose bank transfer payment, we will consider the order as valid when we receive your payment. You will receive detailed instructions regarding this payment method once you click the ˝Place order˝ button.
For online payments, Rexing.eu uses WSPay system. WSPay is a secure system for online payment, real-time payment by credit and debit cards and other payment methods. WSPay provides the buyer and merchant with secure entry and transfer of the card details entered, which is confirmed by the PCI DSS certificate held by WSPay. WSPay uses 256 bit encryption SSL certification and TLS 1.2 cryptographic protocol as the highest levels of data entry and transfer protection.

Time of delivery is not of the essence in this Agreement. We will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss of profits or other financial loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable delay or delay due to unforeseen circumstances outside of the reasonable control of Rexing or delay due to any reasonable rescheduling of delivery.
Import Duties/ Custom Fees/Charges- You as the importer are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from Rexing, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the EU may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country, fees that are again the responsibility of the importer. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
Upon delivery, please make sure that the parcel you received is NOT damaged for any reason, if they are damaged, DO NOT ACCEPT the parcel and point it out to the couriers that the parcel is damaged and request for a claim on the spot. This is very important for both you and us to make sure the shipping company are liable for their mistakes.
However, if a delivery is refused due to shipping details provided incorrectly, our courier providers will return the item to us and from there, we will consider our obligation for shipment as final; any additional fee that may be incurred to fulfil the handling and reshipping of the parcel will be charged on to the recipient.

Our customers’ satisfaction is our primary concern. That is why we offer full refund (excluding shipping costs) within 14 days of the receipt of the product. Return items are to be shipped by post. Return shipping costs cannot be refunded, unless the product being returned was originally damaged or defective. In order to qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
The buyer must contact Rexing via email: contact@rexing.eu within 14 days of the receipt of the Product in order to request a refund. The item must be sent within the next 3 working days from the day the refund has been requested.
It is only possible to return and receive refund for items that are unused and in its original packaging.
It is possible to amend or cancel an order only within 2 working days of it being submitted.
However, refunds and cancellations are NOT POSSIBLE for orders paid in cryptocurrencies. Also, personalized and custom-orders are final and are not eligible for refund or cancellation.
Items purchased from a 3rd party must be returned at their locations and are not subject to our Return Policy.

How to return an item:
Please contact us on contact@rexing.eu to receive shipping instructions.
Use an insured and traceable method to send the package. Make sure the item is properly packed. Rexing will not be held liable for any shipping damages occurred during return transit.
Please send us the tracking number once shipped.
If the item meets the return conditions above, your payment will be refunded no later than 3 days from the receipt of the return item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

The Warranty Period for Rexing products is two years from the date of purchase.
During this period, Rexing will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance. The Warranty does not cover shipping costs that may occur. However, if the product being repaired was faulty when the buyer received it, the shipping costs will be paid by Rexing. Rexing can only pay for shipping costs if:

  • the package size and weight matches the size and weight of the original Rexing package. If using a different package size, shipping costs must be covered by the user.
  • the currier service is chosen by us (and we order pickup service of this currier from the buyer’s address). If the buyer chooses to use a different currier service, the shipping costs AND the import costs (if the buyer is located outside the EU) will be at the expense of the buyer.
This Limited Warranty is transferable.
A replacement product or part obtains a new two-year warranty period beginning from the date of replacement or repair.

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:
• Any malfunctions which are not a result of defects in workmanship or original product materials
• Damage, malfunctions or conditions resulting from negligence, improper maintenance or modification, or by natural causes including but not limited to lightning, flood, or other natural disaster/ Theft or loss of the Products.
• Damage caused by service performed by a service provider not authorized by Rexing.
• Damage caused by the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use.
• Rexing will not be held liable for any damages occurred during return shipping.

In order to obtain warranty service, please contact us via email contact@rexing.eu to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.
Deliver the Products, in either its original packaging or packaging providing an adequate level of protection, including any accessories or documents that were shipped with the Products to the address specified by Rexing.eu.

Promotional discount codes – We may from time to time offer promotional discount codes which may apply in respect of any, or certain specified, purchases made through this Website during a limited time period.

We endeavor to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the website. However we cannot guarantee that your monitor will accurately reflect the color of the product delivered.
Every effort is made to ensure the complete accuracy of our website however some prices/details may change from time to time and it is possible that errors may occur. We will use our best endeavors to rectify any errors as swiftly as possible but we cannot be responsible for any losses incurred.
We are entitled to refuse any order placed by you.
We have taken reasonable care in the preparation of the information and content of this website. All information and content are prepared on the basis of publicly available information and other sources which are believed to be reliable. To the maximum extent permissible by law as such, we do not guarantee, and make no representation or warranties of any kind whether express or implied about the information and content provided through our website, including any items used either directly or indirectly. We also reserve the right to make changes and corrections at any time, without notice. We accept no liability for any inaccuracies or omissions in the site and any decisions based on information and opinions contained in the site are the sole responsibility of the user.
